Charles, son of John CRAWFORD and Harriette Macintosh, married Louise Bienvenue and had six children with her, Charlotte, Josephine, Charles, John, Jeanne, Lewis

It would appear from Hugh Crawford's work (see SOURCES) that Louise was previously married to Charles's brother William, who was killed in the US Civil War, with whom she also had two children.
