Elizabeth was the younger daughter of arthur CRAWFORD and Catherine LUNDIE.

On 8th September 1848 at St Ann's Belfast, she married John RUSSELL who was born c 1804 and died 6th November 1854 and was the eldest surviving son of John RUSSELL of Newforge, Co Antrim. He was buried at Drumbo Church of Ireland Graveyard, Ballylesson, Co. Down.

They had a daughter, Catherine Helen Camilla, born circa 1849, but she died aged just 3 years on 14 November, 1852 and was buried at Drumbo.
